We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tour & Travel Executive to manage travel operations, generate quality leads, and promote our services through effective online and offline marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of travel services, and a passion for creating memorable travel experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Marketing Develop and execute online/offline marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads. Manage and promote travel packages through digital platforms (social media, Google Ads, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, etc.). Build relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and potential customers. Track marketing performance and continuously optimize campaigns. Travel Planning & Operations Handle domestic and international tour enquiries and provide customized travel solutions. Create and sell tailored itineraries based on client needs and budgets. Manage travel bookings including flights, hotels, transportation, activities, and guided tours. Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and local partners for seamless execution of tours. Ticketing & Reservations Process domestic and international airline ticket bookings (GDS knowledge is a plus but not mandatory). Assist with hotel reservations, travel insurance, visa documentation, and other travel-related services. Customer Service Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Provide timely assistance and support before, during, and after travel. Address queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth travel experiences for clients. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred. Prior experience in a travel agency or tour operations (1–3 years preferred, freshers with strong skills may apply). Strong understanding of domestic & international destinations, travel products, and operations. Proficiency in MS Office, online marketing tools, and basic travel booking platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet sales targets.
