Tour Operator

We are looking for a Tour Operator with at least 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will plan, organize, and manage tour packages while ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries, offering expert advice, and providing exceptional service from the initial inquiry to post-trip follow up.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in identifying their ideal travel packages based on their needs, preferences and budget.
• Book transportation (flights, trains, car rentals), accommodations and other travel related services.
• Provide detailed and accurate travel information, including visa requirements and travel insurance .
• Handle changes, cancellations and refunds efficiently
• Stay up to date on the latest travel trends destinations and deals .
• Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and partners.
• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company standards and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and payments.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
