Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Global Visa Executive to join our dynamic travel and tourism team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end visa processing for multiple destinations, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete visa application process for multiple countries (tourist, business, and other categories).

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, regulations, and processing timelines.

Manage visa fee payments, receipts, and related documentation.

Keep proper records of applications, approvals, and rejections.

Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams on application status.

Assist in resolving queries and issues related to visa processing

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in global visa handling or similar travel industry role.
• Strong knowledge of international visa processes and embassy protocols.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel-related systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
