Tour Consultant

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer- focused Travel consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries, offering expert advice, and providing exceptional service from the initial inquiry to post-trip follow up.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in identifying their ideal travel packages based on their needs, preferences and budget.
• Book transportation (flights, trains, car rentals), accommodations and other travel related services.
• Provide detailed and accurate travel information, including visa requirements and travel insurance .
• Handle changes, cancellations and refunds efficiently
• Stay up to date on the latest travel trends destinations and deals .
• Build and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
