Tour Consultant

We are looking for a enthusiastic and customer-focused Tour Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle daily travel enquiries, coordinate with vendors, create customized tour packages, manage communication channels, and support our social media presence. This role requires strong communication skills, quick response abilities, and a passion for the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities1. Enquiry Handling

• Respond to customer enquiries received via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tour packages.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed bookings.

2. Vendor Coordination

• Communicate with hotels, transport providers, activity partners, and other vendors.
• Get real-time rates, availability, and confirmations.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

3. Tour Package Creation

• Prepare customized domestic and international tour itineraries.
• Prepare quotations, cost sheets, and travel plans.
• Ensure pricing accuracy with updated vendor rates.

4. Digital Communication & WhatsApp Group Handling

• Manage travel enquiry groups on WhatsApp.
• Share offers, package details, and important updates.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with all group members.

5. Email Management

• Draft and send professional emails for quotations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain organized email records for all bookings.

6. Social Media Support

• Post tour packages, offers, reels, and updates on company social media pages.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.

7. Booking & Operations Support

• Prepare booking vouchers, travel documents, and itineraries.
• Coordinate pre-travel and during-travel support for customers.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
• Experience in WhatsApp/Email communication.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Basic social media posting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
• Prior experience in a travel agency (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
