Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant located in Vadodara. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various travel itineraries as per client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, designing tailored travel plans, coordinating with suppliers, and offering exceptional customer service. The role also involves guiding travelers by providing detailed recommendations, sharing local knowledge, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven expertise in Travel Consulting and itinerary planning
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant travel booking software is a plus
• Passion for travel and cultural knowledge
• Ability to adapt to dynamic client needs and work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
