As a Tour Operator at Zillion Tour And Travels Pvt Ltd, your role will involve designing, customizing, and selling international tour packages for clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Package Design: Creating attractive tour packages tailored to client needs and budget, such as honeymoon, adventure, and family trips. - Booking Management: Ensuring bookings for flights, hotels, visas, and other travel services are efficiently handled. - Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, advising on travel options, and resolving any travel-related issues. - Supplier Coordination: Maintaining positive relationships with hotels, transportation, and other vendors. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Degree/Diploma in Travel and Tourism (preferred but not mandatory). - 06 months - 2 years of experience as a tour operator. - Good knowledge of international destinations. - Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential. - Customer-Centric Approach: Understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service. - Computer skills: Knowledge of MS Office and GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is advantageous.
