Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tour Coordinator to manage travel planning, vendor communication, and quotation collection for our trips. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Kannada and English, with the ability to interact with multiple vendors and ensure accurate trip details are maintained. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and coordinate with Tourbabari trip vendors. 
• Collect quotations and details for every trip from

  at least two vendors

  for comparison. 
• Maintain records of vendor quotations and trip options. 
• Ensure timely communication between vendors and Tourbabari team. 
• Assist in trip planning, ensuring all logistics, accommodations, and itineraries are accurately documented. 
• Support the team in providing travellers with accurate and up-to-date trip information. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in

  Kannada, English and Hindi (mandatory).

   
• Other 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks. 
• Experience in travel coordination, vendor management, or related roles is preferred.
