Job Description – Tour Executive (Group Tours for Schools & Colleges)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Tour Coordinator to manage end-to-end execution of our group tours for schools and colleges. The role demands excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure smooth operations during tours. The coordinator will be the primary point of contact between schools, transport providers, hotels, restaurants, local guides, and activity partners, ensuring a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for all participants.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Tour Coordination

- Liaise with schools/colleges to finalize itineraries, requirements, and headcounts.
- Coordinate with hotels, transporters, restaurants, and local vendors for bookings.- Ensure all permissions, safety protocols, and logistical arrangements are in place.- Brief teachers and chaperones about the plan and tour guidelines.

During the Tour

- Act as the single point of contact for the school, ensuring smooth execution.
- Supervise transport arrangements, hotel check-ins, meal management, and sightseeing schedules.- Manage student discipline, safety, and group activities during the tour.- Coordinate with local guides and activity vendors to deliver planned experiences (trekking, educational visits, adventure activities, etc.).- Handle emergencies, last-minute changes, or issues with calmness and problem-solving skills.

Post-Tour

- Collect feedback from schools/colleges and document learnings.
- Report back to management on tour success and areas of improvement.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutions for repeat business.

Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate (Hospitality, Tourism, or Management preferred).
- Prior experience in tour management / hospitality / event coordination is desirable but not mandatory.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational ability and problem-solving mindset.- Ability to manage large groups of students and interact with school teachers effectively.- Willingness to travel frequently across India.- High sense of responsibility, reliability, and adaptability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
