Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant located in Kochi. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for organizing and leading guided tours, providing excellent customer service, and offering expert travel consulting. Daily tasks include itinerary planning, booking transportation and accommodation, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours and Travel Consulting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of the Travel & Tourism industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
