Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Tour Advisor to assist clients with travel planning, tour packages, and itinerary guidance. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, good at communication, and able to provide exceptional service to ensure a smooth and memorable travel experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable tour packages based on their preferences and budget.
• Provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries, hotels, transport, and travel requirements.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Customize travel itineraries and suggest travel upgrades when necessary.
• Process bookings, reservations, and payments accurately.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and current promotions.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth tour execution.
• Resolve customer queries and handle complaints professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation in Tourism or Hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tour packages (training provided for freshers).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, online booking platforms preferred).
• Good sales and persuasion skills.
