Job Description

As a Total Rewards & HR Operations Leader, your role will involve designing, enhancing, and delivering equitable compensation, benefits, and people-operations programs for a fast-growing IT Services business. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining a competitive, inclusive, and market-aligned global compensation framework. - Leading annual compensation cycles using data-driven methodologies and transparent communication. - Managing salary benchmarking, job leveling, and career architecture aligned with Data & Analytics job families. - Evaluating and enhancing benefits programs that support employee wellbeing and choice across diverse needs and life stages. - Partnering with Finance to build cost models and forecast compensation program impacts. In terms of HR Operations & People Systems, you will be responsible for: - Overseeing HR operations across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, HRIS management, data integrity, reporting, and compliance. - Driving continual improvements in HR processes using automation, analytics, and best-practice workflows. - Ensuring that HR systems enable accurate data, seamless user experiences, and meaningful talent insights. - Developing and tracking HR metrics to guide leadership decisions. Additionally, you will need to maintain compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal controls, while partnering with DEI leadership to embed inclusive practices in reward structures, benefits offerings, and HR operations. Your experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, HR Operations, or People Analytics, preferably within IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Data/AI organizations, will be crucial.
