Tosca Automation

As a Tosca Automation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca Automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and design, execute, and manage test cases based on project specifications. It will be essential to perform API testing to ensure system integration and performance, monitor the defect management process, and facilitate timely resolutions. You will play a key role in sprint planning and agile ceremonies to align testing with development. Continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks will be crucial, along with analyzing test results and providing detailed reports to stakeholders. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members on automation best practices, conduct regression testing, and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in Tosca Automation or similar automated testing tools, a strong understanding of test case design methodologies, and familiarity with scripting languages such as Java and Python. Experience with defect tracking and management tools, knowledge of API testing processes and tools, and understanding of continuous integration and deployment practices are also required. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, and certifications in automation testing are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are essential. You should be adaptable to changing project requirements and environments, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to automation testing.,
