Job Description

Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers. Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues efficiently. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team. Maintain call logs and update customer records accurately in CRM systems. Meet performance targets including quality, customer satisfaction, and response time. Prior experience handling US/UK/AUS customers. 1+years of experience in an international call center/BPO. Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts. Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
