Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers (US/UK markets)

  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product or service information

  • Ensure professionalism, empathy, and a positive experience on every call

  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system

  • Achieve performance metrics such as call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)

  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues

 

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 to 4 years in International Voice / BPO / Customer Service

  • Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)

  • Willingness to work night shifts (US/UK timings)

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
