Tools Manager(IT Operations Specialist)

• Training & Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support to team members, promoting effective utilization of tools
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and access protocols
• Network & DNS Management: Manage and configure DNS records to support domain verification and email deliverability
• Ensure proper network configurations to support seamless operation of integrated applications

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 yearsexperience managing Zoho One applications or similar platforms. Proficiency in Zoho applications such as CRM, Sprints, Flow, Forms, Mail, Vault, and WorkDrive. Strong understanding of access control, user management, and security best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Solid knowledge of DNS management, including configuring and troubleshooting DNS records. Understanding of basic networking concepts and their application in cloud-based environments.
