Location:Mumbai/Bangalore Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Tools Administrator Lead to join our IT team, specializing in the administration and management of Dynatrace, SolarWinds, SCCM, and Tidal. The Tools Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of these critical IT tools, ensuring they operate efficiently to support the organization's infrastructure, application performance, and job scheduling needs. Key Responsibilities: Dynatrace Administration: Install, configure, and maintain the Dynatrace platform for application performance monitoring (APM). Develop and deploy monitoring strategies to proactively identify and resolve application performance issues. Work with development and operations teams to optimize application performance and enhance end-user experience. Generate and analyze performance reports, dashboards, and alerts, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. SolarWinds Administration: Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SolarWinds monitoring tools, ensuring comprehensive visibility into network, server, and application performance. Design and implement monitoring templates, alerts, and custom reports to meet business and IT requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network performance, server availability, and infrastructure health using SolarWinds. Regularly review and optimize SolarWinds configurations to improve monitoring accuracy and reduce false positives. SCCM Administration: Oversee the administration and management of SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for software distribution, patch management, and device management. Develop and deploy automated processes for software updates, application distribution, and OS deployment. Monitor SCCM performance and troubleshoot issues related to deployment, client health, and server performance. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards for software distribution and patch management. Tidal Administration: Administer and maintain the Tidal job scheduling platform, ensuring efficient and reliable execution of batch processes. Configure and manage job schedules, dependencies, and workflows within Tidal, aligning with business needs and operational requirements. Monitor and troubleshoot job failures, working with application teams to resolve issues and optimize job execution. Document and enforce best practices for job scheduling, ensuring consistency and reliability across environments. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring dashboards and reports across all tools, providing insights into system health, performance trends, and potential issues. Analyze monitoring data to identify patterns, trends, and potential risks, recommending proactive measures to prevent service disruptions. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, network engineering, application development, and security, to ensure alignment of monitoring and management strategies. Provide technical support and expertise to resolve issues related to Dynatrace, SolarWinds, SCCM, and Tidal. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical monitoring and job scheduling functions. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation for tool configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide training and knowledge transfer to IT staff on the use and management of Dynatrace, SolarWinds, SCCM, and Tidal. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Dynatrace Certified, SolarWinds Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified:SCCM, etc.) are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on administration and management of monitoring and management tools. Proven experience in administering Dynatrace, SolarWinds, SCCM, and Tidal in a large enterprise environment. Strong background in IT infrastructure, application performance monitoring, and job scheduling. Skills: Deep technical knowledge of Dynatrace, SolarWinds, SCCM, and Tidal. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:Advanced certifications in relevant tools and technologies. Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to enhance tool functionality and integration.
