Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds and tools.
Operate CNC, EDM, Milling, Grinding, and Lathe machines for tool repair and modification.
Support new mould trials, corrections, and improvements.
Ensure minimum downtime and maintain tool room documentation.
Coordinate with the production and design team for mould-related issues.
Maintain inventory of tool room consumables and spare parts.
Follow safety and 5S practices in the tool room area.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Injection Moulding Tool Maintenance & Assembly
Hands-on experience with tool room machines
Ability to read 2D/3D drawings
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooti

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,968.29 - ₹30,068.08 per month
