Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop tooling, jigs, and fixtures as per product requirements.
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD or other CAD software.
  • Inspect tools, jigs, and fixtures to ensure compliance with quality and dimensional specifications.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of tool specifications, inspection reports, and storage details.
  • Support procurement process by providing technical inputs and evaluating vendor proposals.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and maintenance of tools.
  • Implement design modifications to improve tool performance and product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, etc. preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in tooling design, jig & fixture inspection, and tool handling.
  • Knowledge of material selection for tooling applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
