Role Description

Trainers of Assessment

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions focused on assessment methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ensure candidates understand assessment guidelines and are prepared for evaluation.
• Deliver sector-specific training (Construction, Automotive, Electronics, Plumbing, Beauty & Wellness, etc. as applicable).
• Support the assessment team by aligning training practices with industry standards.
• Evaluate candidate performance, provide constructive feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with sector skill standards and assessment frameworks.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure training quality compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree or PhD

  in a relevant field (mandatory).
• Proven experience as a trainer, assessor, or educator in the skilling ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of assessment methodologies and vocational training standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with diverse learners and adapt training styles accordingly.
• Certification as a Trainer/Assessor (if applicable) will be an added advantage.
