**Job Description** **Role Overview:** Aligned to the strategic priorities of clients, at Capability Network, you will be part of the high-impact Talent & Organization/human potential team, helping drive enterprise transformation across industries. Your role as a Change Communications Analyst in the T&O practice involves supporting Leads in executing Communications strategy and plans to facilitate business transformation. You will be responsible for conducting stakeholder engagement sessions, executing Communication Campaigns, leveraging social and digital technologies, and contributing to thought leadership in areas like Social Listening and Cyber Security. **Key Responsibilities:** - Discover stakeholders' challenges & expectations and support Leads in executing the Communications strategy - Execute end-to-end Communication Campaigns including strategic design, content writing, and creative media development - Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions to gain buy-in and explain transformation benefits - Support Change Branding and Communications interventions for different stakeholder segments - Leverage social and digital technologies in change management and communications - Ensure smooth transition to new ways of working through effective change comms interventions - Work closely with Graphic Designers to develop engaging communications for different media platforms - Implement Communications Analytics for measurement of campaigns using digital tools - Contribute to thought leadership in new areas such as Social Listening and Cyber Security - Collaborate with a dynamic, international team where English is the common language **Qualification Required:** - Masters Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising/Public Relations/Mass Communications from reputed institutes in India - 2 to 4 years of relevant communications experience in Internal Communications/Marketing Communications/Digital Communications/Corporate Communications/Public Relations - Experience in executing communication interventions in a multicultural global environment - Understanding of planning, executing, and measuring social and digital media campaigns - Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a multi-cultural and global environment **Additional Information:** You should possess excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal English, a strategic mindset, and experience in internal/external communications with exposure to Change/Transformation communications.
