TL -Facility (Housekeeping & Facility Management)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment while managing vendors, maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for security, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and health & safety standards.
• Monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and optimize cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate space planning, office moves, and equipment setup.
• Supervise facility staff (cleaning, security, etc.) and ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain records related to equipment maintenance, utilities, and repairs.
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in facility management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and facility management software (e.g., CMMS).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle emergencies and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., FMP, CFM) is a plus.
• Experience managing multi-site facilities.

Pay: ₹11,055.09 - ₹50,000.00 per month
