Job Description

As a Process Improvement and Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for driving process improvement and transformation projects. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading process improvement and transformation projects, including lean six sigma projects - Driving the realization of target FTE and non-FTE benefits for accounts in scope - Expertise in handling large sets of data and conducting data analysis - Reviewing and assessing current processes, systems, technology, and designing future state process flows - Implementing Robotic Process Automation and artificial learning programs, platform enhancements, and measuring business impact post implementation - Building systems to leverage synergies from different business units/cross-functional teams to deliver commitments (Automation/Analytics/IT/Operations/Risk etc.) - Operating with a problem identification and resolution mindset - Working with senior leadership and operations leaders to design continuous improvement programs to exceed client expectations for the account - Demonstrating strong project management expertise with a track record of handling multiple high-impact business projects - Having knowledge of retail, consumer goods, and hospitality businesses and processes, along with successful optimization track record - Demonstrating a keen understanding of changes in customers" business and adjusting the value proposition accordingly - Communicating effectively across cultures and with global customers/stakeholders, representing the organization in appropriate forums Qualifications required for this role: - Must have 10+ years of relevant experience in Process Improvement/Transformation roles, preferably in Contact centers - Must be certified as a Black Belt/Green Belt from a reputed organization with excellent command of Lean/Six Sigma methodology - Must have expertise and end-to-end experience in implementing RPA automation/Analytics/AI/Process improvement and contact center telephony - Must possess excellent logical and analytical skills - Ability to independently develop solutions for complex business functionalities - Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills Certifications required: - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt Certified - Certifications in Analytics and/or Automation - Experience in working with MS Office, Visio, R, Minitab, PowerBI/Tableau,
