We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Title Search Specialist with demonstrated expertise in:

Texas Commercial Acreage Title Search (Full Search COS and TOS)

Key Responsibilities

Perform full title searches for Texas commercial acreage properties, reviewing deeds, mortgages, easements, liens, tax assessments, and other encumbrances.

Conduct comprehensive Texas full searches including 30/40/60-year searches as needed.

Analyse and summarize findings in detailed title reports.

Research using online databases, county records, and proprietary systems.

Maintain high accuracy while meeting productivity benchmarks and deadlines.

Collaborate with internal QA teams, title examiners, and client representatives to resolve title issues.

Keep up with updates and compliance standards in title search practices across the states mentioned.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in U.S. title search, specifically handling:

• Texas Commercial Acreage search (Full Search COS and TOS)
• Strong knowledge of real estate legal documentation and public record retrieval.
• Proficiency in using title software such as DataTrace, TitlePoint, Netronline, etc.
• Ability to interpret complex legal documents and assess property ownership history accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and secure access.

Compensation

CTC: To be determined based on interview performance and assessment grades.

100% Remote / Work from Home – Flexible working hours based on project requirements
