Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Search / Title Examiner to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing property title documents to determine ownership, encumbrances, and legal status for real estate transactions, primarily in the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough title searches using online databases, public records, and property records. Analyze deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, tax records, easements, and legal descriptions. Identify any title issues or defects and prepare summary reports (Title Abstracts, Title Commitment, or Search Packages). Ensure compliance with client and title insurance company guidelines. Communicate with title officers, attorneys, or other stakeholders for clarification and resolution. Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the title search process. Meet quality and turnaround time standards as defined by the client or company. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in U.S. Title Search/Examination or real estate title industry is an added advantage. Familiarity with U.S. counties, land records, and title plants (especially for states like TX, FL, CA, NY, PA, GA etc.) is desirable. Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills. Strong written and verbal communication in English. Proficiency in MS Office and title search software/tools. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Prior work experience in U.S. Title Search/KPOs/BPOs. Knowledge of state-specific title requirements and property laws (U.S.). Experience with platforms like DataTrace, Netronline, or TitlePoint is a plus. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, U.S. Shift (Evening/Night Shift preferred, for Ladies only day shift) Work from Office (Bangalore) Work from home available* (but first 1 to 3 months training in office)
