As a Title Searcher/Senior Title Searcher at Ardur Technology, you will play a crucial role in conducting title searches using various tools like Netronline, Data Trace, Data Tree, Title Points, and other relevant platforms. Your responsibilities will include analyzing current owner, two-owner, and lien searches, as well as performing full and limited property searches with a focus on accuracy and reliability. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in title search tools and methodologies is essential, along with the flexibility to work day and night shifts. Immediate availability is preferred to meet the demands of the position. Your expertise in title search tools, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, will be key to your success in this role. Adaptability to varying shifts and a commitment to accuracy are also crucial competencies for this position.
