Role Overview: As a Front Office Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to supervise the front office staff to ensure proper cash control and maintain patient service standards on a day-to-day basis. You will handle patient enquiries, requests, complaints, and compliments efficiently. It is crucial to oversee training procedures to ensure the delivery of quality services. In case of crisis or emergency situations, you will be required to perform service recovery effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise Reception personnel to optimize patient care services - Monitor Front Office personnel to ensure patients receive appropriate attention and personal recognition - Assign Departmental rosters and facilitate interdepartmental communication - Coordinate with doctors to set up the appointment system - Pass staff discounts as per company norms - Manage refunds and cancellations - Coordinate for patient medical certifications - Collect OPD feedback and analyze corrective and preventive measures - Monitor Consultant timings and waiting times - Ensure the safety and security of patients, attendants, and visitors - Facilitate corporate patients on a priority basis - Follow departmental protocols and procedures - Perform any other tasks assigned by higher authorities Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle crisis and emergency situations effectively - Knowledge of cash control procedures - Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts This is a full-time position with rotational shifts and offers a performance bonus.
