You will be responsible for overseeing purchase and warehouse operations, requiring relevant experience in a related field. With a Bachelor's degree or Diploma certification in SCM optional, you should possess the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of company staff. Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities are essential for this role. Your social skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities, will be crucial in this position. Additionally, you should demonstrate proficiency in leadership, data analysis, logistics, and inventory management. Knowledge of software such as MMS, Brain Powder, and any inventory software is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, along with a good understanding of GRN & Stock Transfer Note processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing shipment loading and unloading, managing day-to-day warehouse operations, and creating shipment schedules. You will monitor inventory levels using software programs and ensure timely transportation or shipments when inventory levels are too low or high. Assigning staff schedules, organizing training, and fostering teamwork among employees will also be part of your duties. Updating product inventory in our inventory software, coordinating with suppliers/vendors for timely delivery, and liaising with the operations team for invoice tracking are key tasks. Maintaining records of all store-related activities in Microsoft Excel will also be required.
