As an experienced Network Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and dynamic environment across multiple locations including Noida, Chennai, and Bangalore. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling tickets and incidents efficiently via the Service Now platform - Leading technical incident calls as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Troubleshooting and providing break-fix support for technical issues - Performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve raised issues - Defining process improvements and ensuring adherence to processes - Taking shared ownership of issue resolution in a SLA-driven environment - Mentoring and training team members as an SME - Conducting testing and auditing activities as required - Improving and maintaining customer and employee satisfaction - Working as part of a Follow the Sun global support model Your technology knowledge will be crucial in this role, with expertise required in: - Private 5G environments - Celona technology - Cisco SDA - Cisco routers (BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, WAN) - Cisco switches - F5 Load Balancers - SD-WAN (experience is a plus) In terms of qualifications, you should possess: - Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Network Engineer supporting global network infrastructures - Experience in working within a global support (Follow the Sun) model - Cisco CCIE and other industry-standard networking certifications - Expert-level knowledge in real-time analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation within LAN/WAN architectures and IP services - Extensive hands-on experience with various networking technologies such as Cisco Prime, Cisco Wireless LAN, Cisco WLAN Controllers, Cisco ASR, ISR, Catalyst product families, Cisco Meraki Devices, and F5 Load Balancers - Soft skills like excellent verbal and written communication in English, strong presence in leading real-time incident calls, excellent customer handling, ability to work under pressure, and driving HCL's values and methodologies Certifications such as CCIE, CCIE Enterprise Wireless, CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, CCIE Service Provider, F5-CSE/ F5-CTS, 300-415 ENSDWI, and ITIL v4 will be beneficial for this role.,
