Title Jewellery Sales

The responsibilities of this role include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving individual sales targets, and contributing to team goals. You will be expected to provide knowledgeable and personalized customer service, stay updated on jewelry products and trends, handle customer inquiries efficiently, and manage inventory while assisting with stock control. Additionally, ensuring that displays are attractive, clean, and well-organized, processing transactions accurately using the POS system, participating in sales events and promotional activities, preparing sales reports, and maintaining detailed sales records are key aspects of this position. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, preferably in the luxury or jewelry sector, possess strong customer service skills, and demonstrate a passion for selling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. A keen eye for detail and aesthetic presentation, high level of integrity and trustworthiness, and the flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays, are also necessary qualifications for this role.
