Title HR System Implementation Specialist

As an HR Process & System Specialist at Matas Group, you will play a central role in leading the implementation of the upcoming HR system and optimizing HR processes. Joining a committed and skilled HR team, you will contribute to creating a professional, efficient, and human-centered HR function that supports the entire Matas Group business. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be a key resource in implementing the new HR system, ensuring its integration within the organization, and contributing HR expertise to configure the system. You will also assist in developing and documenting HR processes supported by the system and provide training and support to managers and HR colleagues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Contribute to defining business requirements, configuration, testing, and quality assurance of the new HR system. - Train and support managers and HR colleagues in using the system. - Prepare guides and training materials. - Optimize and provide system support for key HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, absence management, and performance reviews. - Participate in cross-functional HR projects and development initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a larger Nordic or international company, ideally within retail. - Experience with HR systems as a super user and/or participation in an implementation project. - Strong organizational skills, documentation abilities, and communication skills. - Comfortable working with technology, collaborating with IT and external vendors. - Relevant educational background in HR, organization, or related field. - Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines.
