Job Description

As an SAP Consultant with 8 years of experience, you have worked on various complex projects involving SAP LE (Logistics Execution) and SD modules. Your responsibilities include designing, building, validating core templates, facilitating roll-outs, and providing ongoing support. You possess hands-on experience in key areas such as inter-company sales, transportation, shipping, foreign trade, customs, availability check, IDOCs/EDI, user exits, and debugging. Your functional competencies lie in a high level of expertise in SAP Logistics Execution and integration areas. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial, especially in tailoring messages to different audiences. Collaboration is key as you work as a team player, engaging with colleagues and external partners to deliver value and build relationships. In your role, you are expected to provide the highest level of expertise in your area, offering support to Global Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams, as well as data center administrators. You are accountable for addressing solution issues escalated to the Global Support team, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and providing functional support. Additionally, you analyze release content, recommend testing strategies, and collaborate with regional support teams and testing factories for proper release validation. You challenge and validate recommendations from partners, liaise with Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders for problem-solving and enhancements, and support deployments from scoping to transition. Your qualifications include holding a Graduate degree and having a minimum of 8 years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role within an international setting. This is a full-time position that requires a solid understanding of SAP, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Processes. Overall, your role demands a blend of technical expertise, functional knowledge, communication skills, collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.,
