Job Description

In this role at Collab Unified Collaboration, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining various communication technologies. Your main responsibilities will include: - Configuring and managing CUCM, IMP, CUC, CER, Analog/Digital Gateways, Hardware, and Software media Resources - Working with protocols such as H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, Q.SIG, CAS, ISDN PRI, FXO, FXS, and POTS - Having a basic understanding of UCS Servers and VMware Virtualization - Providing consulting and troubleshooting services - Demonstrating proficiency in DNS, DHCP, TFTP, NTP, and LDAP Desired skills that would be an added value to this role include: - Programming skills in Java/Python - Understanding of Cisco Video Solution - Knowledge of WebEx - Switching skills To qualify for this role, you should have the following qualifications and certifications: - Degree/Masters in a relevant field - CCNP/CCIE Collaboration certification This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact in the field of unified collaboration.,
