As a Buyer Inside Sales Executive at MyVerkoper, you will be an integral part of the Buyer Inside Sales Specialist team. Your main responsibility will be to reach out to educational institutions across the nation, including key decision-makers, in order to encourage them to sign up for our buyer application. It will be your objective to persuade these institutions to utilize our platform for posting their requirements and streamlining the buying process. Building and nurturing relationships with educational institutions, delivering exceptional customer service, and addressing any queries or concerns will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be tasked with gathering education administration data for specific markets by sourcing relevant information from these institutions. Collaboration with the Sales Manager and team members to devise effective sales strategies, along with maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, will be vital aspects of your job. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and dynamics within the educational market will also be expected. Your feedback and insights to the Sales Manager will contribute to enhancing sales techniques and processes. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role. - Demonstrated sales and persuasion abilities with a proven track record of meeting targets. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive sales approach. - Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a remote team setup. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
