Job Description

The Buyer Inside Sales Executive is a key member of the Buyer Inside Sales Specialist team, responsible for reaching out to educational institutions nationwide. You will engage with owners and decision-makers to encourage them to sign up for our buyer application. Your goal is to persuade educational institutions to utilize our platform for posting their requirements, thereby facilitating the buying process. Building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing inquiries and concerns are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will collect relevant education administration data from the assigned markets and collaborate with the Sales Manager and team members to develop effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Contact educational institutions nationwide to promote our buyer application - Persuade educational institutions to use our platform for posting requirements - Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions - Generate education administration data for assigned markets - Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop sales strategies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and educational market dynamics - Provide feedback to improve sales techniques and processes Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven work experience in inside sales or similar role - Strong sales and persuasion skills with a track record of achieving targets - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Benefits and Perks: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including remote working options, flexible schedules, paid time off, health insurance, employee provident fund, professional development opportunities, startup growth prospects, a positive company culture, and an overseas employee-centric approach.
