Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Clinical Database Developer to join our team at Novartis India, contributing to the development of innovative pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical database development and a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale clinical databases to support product development and commercialization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize database requirements.

Develop and implement data models, ETL processes, and reporting tools to meet business needs.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members on database design and development best practices.

Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, including protocol design, case report forms, and investigational techniques.

Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, SQL, or Python.

Experience with database management systems like Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

Knowledge of statistical analysis principles and techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a team environment.
