Key Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Platform Management:

• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, CSM, HRSD, etc.).

• Manage platform upgrades, patches, and system performance tuning.

• Cloud Integration & Landscape Management:

• Integrate ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise systems.

• Support CMDB and Discovery for multi-cloud environments.
• Implement ServiceNow Cloud Provisioning & Governance modules.

• Design & Architecture (for senior profiles):

• Define enterprise ServiceNow landscape strategies aligned with cloud adoption roadmaps.

• Establish best practices for platform scalability, high availability, and security in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Provide architectural guidance on cloud-native integrations and automation.

• Development & Automation:

• Develop ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs).

• Automate cloud service requests, provisioning, monitoring, and compliance using ServiceNow.

• Security & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to data security, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

• Implement ServiceNow roles, ACLs, and governance for secure access.

• Collaboration:

• Work with cross-functional teams (Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Business Units) to deliver cloud-enabled ServiceNow solutions.

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in

  ServiceNow administration, development, and implementation

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  ServiceNow ITSM

  and at least one of ITOM/ITBM/SecOps/CSM/HRSD.
• Knowledge of

  cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  and integrations with ServiceNow.
• Understanding of

• Experience with
