Job Description

Job Title: Ticketing Executive
Location: MumbaiShift: Day ShiftSalary : 50-60KResponsibilities:

Handling issuance, reissuance, refund, and cancellation of tickets.
Managing both domestic and international ticketing.
Working on GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or any GDS).

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in ticketing operations.
Strong knowledge of domestic & international fares, routings, and airline policies.
Proficiency in at least one GDS.
Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
