Ticketing Executive

You will play a crucial role as a Ticketing Executive / Travel Consultant at WizFair LLC by assisting colleagues with complex flight issues and effectively managing customer complaints. Your expertise in systems like Sabre, Amadeus BSP, ARC, and FARE related matters will ensure smooth ticketing and refund processes. Adhering to compliance guidelines and identifying business opportunities will drive positive outcomes. Your strong relationship management skills will be essential for liaising with customers and handling formal complaints professionally. - Support internal colleagues with air inquiries via helpline/chat channels - Efficiently answer inbound calls and provide relevant information - Analyze ticketing and refund errors, manage rejected bookings, and ensure timely resolutions - Research routes and airlines to secure the best available fares for Travel & Lifestyle Services - Provide support to ticketing and refund teams for escalations and review charge-back inquiries with the Accounts & Reconciliation team Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in assisting colleagues with complex flight issues - Expertise in Sabre, Amadeus BSP, ARC, and other ticketing & refund systems - Fares & Ticketing IATA certificate - Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and make effective decisions - Travel experience and knowledge - Flexibility to work on weekends if required Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 4 Gurgaon Working Days: 5 Days a week Shift Timing: Rotational 24/7 Job Type: Full-time, Regular / Permanent If you are passionate about the travel industry and possess the required skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
