Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel & Ticketing Executive to join our Chandigarh office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting travel products, assisting clients with travel arrangements, and ensuring a smooth booking experience while achieving high conversion rates.

Required Female & Experienced Persons Only.

Key Responsibilities

Provide detailed information and professional guidance to clients regarding tour packages and travel products.
Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
Develop a thorough understanding of tour packages and conduct independent research to address customer needs effectively.
Manage international and domestic air ticketing.
Assist clients with travel insurance services.
Coordinate and process passport appointment bookings.
Maintain accurate daily reports, records, and cash settlement details.

Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on conversion
Good organizational and reporting abilities
Basic knowledge of travel documentation and booking processes
