We are looking for Front office Executive/Receptionist for our M ohali Office We are looking for only Female Candidates Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries Maintain Complete Data-Customers, Staff and business Clients etc. Attending all the incoming calls, responding to them and transferring the call to the appropriate department. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence. Keeping all the stationary items in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings. To call clients and inform them about the company products and arrange visit. To continuously monitor and maintain cordial relationship with clients, customers and staff. Attending visitors. Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Handling all the activities of the Company required.
