WanderOn is a leading B2C travel company, dedicated to creating seamless and memorable travel experiences for our clients. With a focus on customer satisfaction and innovation, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Process airline tickets, including cancellations, re-issuances, and refunds, in an efficient and timely manner.
Handle ticket amendments and modifications as per client requests.
Ensure accurate fare calculations and compliance with airline regulations.
Manage and process refund requests, liaising with airlines and internal teams as necessary.
Utilize and navigate any GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo for ticketing operations.
Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to address client inquiries related to ticketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a ticketing role within the travel or airline industry.
Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, cancellation, refund, and re-issuance procedures.
Proficiency in at least one GDS system (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo).
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
