Ticketing Executive

Looking for Ticketing executive for Our firm based @ Nikol, Ahmedabad

min 2+ years of relevant work experience required

preferred male candidates

• Booking and Sales: Manage reservations, book tickets, and process sales for clients.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with their travel needs, answer questions, and resolve complaints or issues, such as with refunds or lost tickets.
• Ticketing Management: Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of bookings and customer information.
• Information and Assistance: Provide information on travel routes, schedules, and airline policies.
• Coordination: Liaise with other service providers, such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators, to ensure smooth travel experiences.
• Document Verification: Check travel documents like passports and visas, and assist passengers with special needs.

Qualifications and skills

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service, travel, or event management is often beneficial.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with ticketing and reservation systems is necessary.
• Other Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask are crucial.
• Flexibility: The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required
