CCAN Solutions is a leading provider of global visa services, transcript processing, credential verification, and international travel support. We are expanding our operations in Kochi and seeking a skilled Ticketing Expert to handle domestic and international ticketing with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight ticketing using GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo).
• Manage PNR creation, fare calculation, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds.
• Coordinate with airlines and customers for booking confirmations and itinerary changes.
• Provide customer support for travel-related queries and booking assistance.
• Maintain updated knowledge on airline policies, fares, promotions, and travel guidelines.
• Ensure timely issuance of tickets for visa clients and travel clients of CCAN Solutions.
• Prepare daily booking reports, payment summaries, and ticketing logs.
• Collaborate with the visa processing and travel departments for smooth workflow.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ticketing in Kochi (travel agency or tourism sector).
• Strong working knowledge of GDS systems – Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo.
• Good understanding of fare rules, reissues, refunds, and airline guidelines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent travel requirements.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Kochi-based travel agency or ticketing office.
• Knowledge of visa processes, hotel bookings, and travel itineraries.
• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of bookings.
