Position: Ticketing Executive (Junior & Senior Levels)

We are looking for dedicated Ticketing Executives/Travel Consultants to manage ticketing operations, reservations, reissues, refunds, and customer support for both domestic and international travel. The role requires hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre, along with the ability to coordinate with airlines and travel partners to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissues, and refunds

Manage domestic and international reservations using GDS

Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for fare rules, schedules, and special requests

Provide accurate travel information and professional customer support

Ensure error-free documentation and timely service

Required Qualifications

Mandatory background in Travel and Touris , Ticketing

Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail

Customer-oriented with a pleasant and professional approach

Proficiency in English and Malayalam
