Ticketing Agent

Ticketing Executive will handle handle customer inquiries, provides support for ticket sales, and manages smooth operations related to ticketing, often for events or travel. They may also be involved in managing travel bookings, processing refunds, and coordinating with vendors. Responsibilities: Issuing and Managing Tickets: Creating, reissuing, and revalidating tickets for various customers and events. Reservation Management: Managing customer reservations, including booking flights, trains, or other transportation. Customer Support: Providing assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues related to ticketing and travel arrangements. Booking and Cancellation: Processing bookings, cancellations, and refunds for various clients. Fare Construction and Itinerary Planning: Building itineraries and constructing fares for different travel options. Data Accuracy and Maintenance: Maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer interactions. Vendor Coordination: Coordinating with hotels, airlines, or other vendors to ensure smooth booking processes. Travel Management: In some cases, managing complete travel bookings, including visa processing. Skills: Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are crucial. Ticketing Software Knowledge: Familiarity with various ticketing software systems is essential. Travel Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of travel industry practices, including fare rules and regulations. Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to resolve customer issues and find solutions to complex problems.
