Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TIBCO technologies and a strong understanding of integration services. This role involves working from the office during day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to our projects by developing and maintaining integration solutions ensuring seamless communication between systems. Responsibilities Develop and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO Flogo TIBCO BW Container Edition and TIBCO Cloud Integration. Implement and manage TIBCO Enterprise Message Service and TIBCO ActiveMatrix Bus Works to ensure efficient message processing. Design and develop REST Web Services and work with JSON and XML data formats. Utilize GIT for version control and manage code repositories effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration services and ensure minimal downtime. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members. Ensure that all integration solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and performance optimization. Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks. Document integration processes and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in TIBCO technologies and integration services. Contribute to the overall success of the project by delivering high-quality integration solutions that meet business requirements. Qualifications Must have strong experience in TIBCO Flogo TIBCO BW Container Edition and TIBCO Cloud Integration. Must have expertise in TIBCO Enterprise Message Service and TIBCO ActiveMatrix Bus Works. Must have experience in developing REST Web Services and working with JSON and XML. Must have proficiency in using GIT for version control. Nice to have experience with COTS Products in BFS Ast&Wlth domain. Must have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Must have strong communication and collaboration skills. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a proactive and self-motivated approach to work. Must have attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Must have a strong understanding of integration best practices and industry standards.
