ThoughtSpot or Tableau BI Engineer (Offshore/Nearshore – Remote)

Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain scalable, interactive dashboards and reports using
ThoughtSpot
,
Tableau
, or
Power BI
Translate business needs into actionable visual analytics
Ensure performance, data integrity, and usability across BI solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and data engineering teams
Enable self-service analytics through training and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years in BI/reporting tools (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Power BI)
Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling
Proven experience creating complex dashboards and insightful reports
Great problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus Skills:

Hands-on ThoughtSpot (Liveboards, SpotIQ, Worksheets)
Familiarity with
