Job Description

We are hiring for Third Party Risk Management :-

Role summary

Business Partner Relationship Management

  • Act as a subject matter expert in all organizational supplier risk management requirements
  • Provide guidance to supplier relationship managers on the requirements of the Third-Party Risk Management throughout the supplier lifecycle and required tools, templates and methodologies
  • Facilitate certain supplier management processes (e.g. monthly validation questionnaires, continuous improvement, etc.) in partnership with supplier relationship managers
  • Leverage dashboards and reports to identify red flags and address with supplier relationship managers accordingly

Operations for Policy Compliance

  • Act as gate keeper to ensure Third Party Risk Management program operated in compliance

Reporting

  • Support the development and maintenance of appropriate organizational reporting on supplier risk

What you need to succeed:

  • University degree /BTECH
  • Strong client service orientation with good interpersonal skill
  • Strong consulting and relationship management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • 2 years of experience in risk and supplier management

Vendor Master Data Administrator

Administration support and other tasks related to master data management,

  • Execute vendor creations or modifications,
  • Reporting activities to support planned procurement and business operation,

System expertise:

  • Knowledge of SAP (S2P Module, contract Management, S4 Hana)
  • MS Office (word, excel, power point)
  • Docu-sign
  • TPRM tool
  • Service Now

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of Experience with TPRM, PR and PO process, vendor contracts and an understanding of third-party risk management, catalogue Management, Guided buying etc.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word). Prior Salesforce experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Establishes good rapport with internal clients and external vendors to ensure good working relationships.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, including aptitude towards problem identification, resolution, and comprehension.
  • Ability to manage work to fixed deadlines, and transparently and concisely report on work progress.
  • Experience with e-procurement systems (e.g. Ariba) and ServiceNow
  • Good understanding of sourcing/procurement process, supplier risk and supplier lifecycle management
