Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, understand, and translate business requirements into functional modules.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Core PHP, CakePHP, and front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Write clean, reusable, and optimized code following MVC and OOP principles.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot complex database queries (MySQL/NoSQL).
• Debug and troubleshoot application and code-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance and user experience.
• Version control management using tools like Git, SVN, etc.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (B.Sc. (IT), BCA, MCA, B.E., B.Tech).
• Strong experience in Core PHP and OOP concepts.
• Proficient in at least one PHP framework: CakePHP, Laravel, Symfony.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Proficient with version control systems (Git, Mercurial, SVN, etc.).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with AWS services and deployment tools.
• Familiarity with JIRA, GitHub, and Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to Smarty Templates and template engine concepts.
• Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
